Thermal Hamamam

Thermal circuit of 90 minutes that includes three thermal baths at different temperatures, cold, hot and warm with jets and waterfall, Finnish sauna, relaxation area with thermal loungers and aromatherapy, all accompanied by an organic green tea and water, where you can recover from the intense day lived.
TRANSFRONTIER TT Route SIERRA DE GATA - PORTUGAL

This is a non-competitive tourist excursion that goes through different villages of Sierra de Gata, Portugal and the province of Salamanca. During the route we will pass through small villages, rivers, forests, mountains and gorges, with stops in the most unique places to enjoy the spectacular views that allow the traveler to have a variety of emotions that will be difficult to forget.

The route is suitable for enduro motorcycles, buggies, 4×4, quad, atv and utv, since most of it runs on unpaved roads and trails. Difficulty levels will be established by the organization, as there is the possibility of varying the route depending on the level of the group.
Program:

Day 1:

14:00 onwards: Check-in / Entrance to the hotel.
18:00 h: Welcome and brieffing by the organization.
18:30 h: Visit to the HCN oil mill.
19:00 h: Free afternoon.

Day 2:

09:30 h: Meeting at the Hotel parking lot. Track indications and safety rules.
09:40 h: Start of the route.
11:30 h: Refreshment stop (incl. snack and refreshments at the established place).  
14:30 h: Arrival of the route.
15:00 h: Lunch at HCN Restaurant (incl. farm menu).
18:00 h / 20:00 h: Hammam session (incl. thermal circuit).

Day 3:

09:30 h: Start of route.
11:30 h: Arrival of route.
12:30 h: Check out / Departure.

CONSIDERATIONS

It will be necessary to have your own enduro, trail, buggies, 4×4, quad, atv and utv to be able to do the route.
The route will be controlled by a guide.
It will be necessary to have all the documentation of circulation in order.
The difficulty of the route will be established by the organization according to the level of the group. Route 100 % Off-road. 
It will be necessary to respect the instructions and rules of the organization at all times.

This voucher is linked to the recipient of the voucher and the email address provided at the time of purchase.

General Terms and Conditions

1. Prices and validity

• All prices include the applicable VAT.
• The voucher is valid for 12 calendar months from the date of issue.
• The voucher may be used on any date except during the month of August, national public holidays, and long weekends.
• If you wish to use the voucher during these excluded periods, you may do so by paying a supplement according to the rate in force at the time of booking.

2. Voucher format

• The voucher will be accepted both in digital format (PDF or image on your mobile device) and in printed format.

3. Reservations

• All reservations must be made with a minimum of 2 hours’ notice by contacting our staff directly by phone at: 676 829 172.
• Availability is subject to the occupancy of the establishment. We recommend making your reservation as far in advance as possible to secure your desired date.

4. Modifications and cancellations

• If you are unable to enjoy the voucher on the reserved date, you may modify the booking provided that you notify us at least 7 calendar days in advance.
• Failure to attend on the reserved date without prior notice will result in the voucher being considered used and therefore cancelled, with no right to a refund or date change.
• If the voucher expires without being redeemed, we recommend contacting us to try to find a reasonable solution, always subject to the establishment’s flexibility policy.

5. Personal and non-transferable use

• This voucher is personal and non-transferable. It may only be used by the person in whose name it was issued. Transfer, resale, or use by any other person is not permitted unless expressly authorized.

6. Additional services and personalization

• You may enhance your experience with other hotel and/or restaurant services, provided you notify us at least 2 hours in advance and subject to availability.
• If you request special menus, decorations, surprises, or celebrations, you must inquire about the applicable supplements.

7. Health and dietary requirements

• It is essential that you inform us of any food allergies or intolerances when making the reservation, so that the service can be adapted safely and appropriately.
• In the event of pregnancy, special medical conditions, or reduced mobility, we recommend informing us in advance to ensure appropriate assistance.

8. Hammam usage rules

• Access to the Hammam facilities is exclusively permitted to persons over 16 years of age.
• The consumption of food and beverages is not permitted, except for the complimentary water and tea offered by Hábitat Cigüeña Negra.
• The use of appropriate swimwear is mandatory: swimsuit or bikini.
  • The establishment provides bathrobes, towels, and shower amenities.
• Taking photographs or videos inside the facilities is not permitted when it may compromise the privacy of other users or guests.
• Guests are kindly requested to respect the atmosphere of tranquility and silence in the hammam, avoiding unnecessary noise or behavior that may disturb others.

9. Personal belongings and liability

• The establishment is not responsible for the loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings that have not been deposited in the lockers provided for this purpose.
• Guests are advised not to bring unnecessary valuables.

10. Other considerations

• We kindly ask our guests to arrive at least 10–15 minutes prior to the scheduled time in order to prepare without rushing.
• The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash nor refunded, except in cases established by law.
• The establishment reserves the right of admission, especially in cases of inappropriate behavior or lack of respect toward staff or facilities.
